tired but worth it ok on friday i went to wakeboard with baya kennethduring evening!! omg for the first time in my life i managed to complete 2 round straight in cable ski park! without falling in the water wooohhhooooooooo i seriously believe that is just an offset of all wakeboard story! However there is a price to pay.. my head got hit by the board! ouch damn painful ..it almost knock the soul out of me ..untill now my head still experiencing blueblack..i swear the next time when i am going wakeboarding , the helmet must be on! then later at night went jogging with my kayak buddy! we jog 3.2km non-stop! then follow by the normal training procedure..pull up,PULL UP and more PULL UP! Preparing for monday selection! On saturday morning kenneth and i went to work..as a kayaking instructor!we met at 7 am in the morning..kenneth seems very excited and delighted of the job and i am pretty sure this job is our cup of tea for sporty people like us.. I was happy to hear from kenneth saying that he really love and enjoy what he is doing today!! oh we also met one future olymic medalist colleague..this guy was awesome he is really the fittest guy i ever ever met in my life..he told us how much he can run..just by completing 2.4km under 7 min scare the shit out of me..he is also a national kayak rower! he even broke the national record can you believe it ???he even complete a particular marathon at 65 min whereby the world record is only 55 min ! i strongly believe he is the cream of the crop among all sportsman in singapore and i actually met him! oh ya he is also going for a marathon cross country at night later...is a night race guess how many km? 80 plus km sia!! that is crazy ...it really must be my lucky day! he is going to send me his training schdule..and i am going to enforce his schdule on myself in the future =D! SOB what the hell...today was the darkest day of my poly life..first,monday i was abt to faint..second today went to participate the bitholon after swimming for 2 round my leg start cramming..i still continue the other 6 round..ya i managed to finish it..because of this verse MIND OVER BODY repeatedly going to and for my entire mind..afterwhich i started running.This was the time both my leg started cramming! i can see my muscle throbbing and vibratiing on its own and i can tell it was really a bad cramp..after resting for 15 min i continue the race..i started crammping again after running for about 100m..fuck i give up..for the next 2 day also cnt train due to the seriousness of the cramp..tsk! i am going to treat it as a lesson for me nv excercise the day before a competition..and nv overstrain muscle..diff day train diff part of the muscle..train smart don't train hard~ok nvm let bygones be bygones i am so looking forward to the next event ! The usual monday ok today i almost fainted ! we had a sprinting competition whereby we were supposed to compete with the senior and the current us..I was so eager to win them that i run without catching enough breath ..for the third round of the race i was half-collapsed..my vision went blurry the sky went green and the red track went blue out of a sudden..there was no wind but the grass was waving to me..the aftermath effect was even worst i sat down at a corner and stone for 20 min suffering from intensed headache..haha after 20 min i continue with the training wahaha !! crazing training need crazy people like me.. this week shall be the week to excel! week end It was Gina birthday during Friday! we had so much fun! This year the venue for holding her bday was rather unique..guess where is it? we celebrated in plaza singapura! we chat and had a massive catch session! ken wasn't there sob..wasted haha miss him so so so much! oh ya we encountered this old auntie who was damn rude !maybe she wasn't english educated cannot say excuse me must say SIAM to inform us to give way..of course we were nice and did not scold her fuck you..because we were afraid of puking after scolding..i think she rushing to airport to catch a plane to Thailand to have plastic surgery..ill mannered! argh pissed off!.. Follow by cutting cake and singing birthday song! we played dare or dare also ! hao and i went to the middle of ps and shouted HAPPY BIRTHDAY GINA TWICE! haha everybody was like staring at us..and thinking what a nice voices they have and feeling so envious hahahah ok enough of being honest..Francis and Kai go around asking stranger to congratulate Gina! wahahah it was a simple yet super fun and happening celebration! Gina i really hope you wil like the gift i gave you! Lastly,HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY GINA!\ Saturday chiong ICA! later part of saturday Wei jie and ks came my house..is mahjong's time !! taught Wei jie the mastering of mahjong's haha! one tactic i told him anyhow play anyhow win! ks was so on luck he got 2 ace while playing blackjack.. my luck was kind of on the rage as well..so won quite a bit haha Sunday! is reserve for kayaking! SEA IS MY SECOND HOME! damn tired now.Wei su and i reach there at 10.00 am to start kayaking we went for mini expedition..is it really mini? haha 11.4 km lei..wa spend about 8 h under the sun heng today was quite cloudy ..however getting dark was still inevitable! i think ppl can't see me in the dark already wahahah! ok! enough of blogging ! don't want to get six pac on my finger..furthermore there is plenty of ica and hw waiting for me to conquer them wahaha..ok chiong ar! Damn tired sia today Today is damn tired la. Started school at 8 am all the way to 7.30 pm. project ,project and more project.ICA,ICA and more ICA..ok la in between still got quite a long break from 10 pm - 11 pm but we spent almost all the time on project la!.. Before entering into Mcdonalds..a booth outside MAC caught my attention..it was something about a sport event so eventually i took a closer look and found out that it was actually a Duathlon! it consist of swimming and sprinting.Without much hesitation,my friend(TKS) AKA pinky! AND I signed up ! well of course we signed up under the individual cum competitive category la wink* i am so looking forward to it la! i have asked all my kayaking pals and classmates to join too but they just don't seem very interested..up to them la! but definitely i would be going as i had signed up.. Insomnia Freaking unable to sleep and is 2.57 am..slept too much in the afternoon..darn.. Just finished playing a series of poker game with my family hmm we play since 11 pm..haha we actually played 3 h plus omg i didn't even realise it! What a hectic and teary day today.. Uncle may you watch over all of us in the family from up there. Finally you can rest in peace after years of strenous battling against cancer CANCER FUCK OFF WILL YOU? hows heaven? is it a plesant place to be? I really miss you! especially your unique smile and laughter :) well it is a unhappy day today but hengly i saw something which slightly brightened up my day. Guess what i saw? many many dogs in the car! woo hooooooo..not mine but some strangers.The dogs are reallly x 10000 adorable ..5 somemore! I created my blog finally! credits goes to my sis =D Hi everybody! can you please tagg and link me haha..i managed to create this blog all thanks to my sister.To be fair, she deserve all the credit! so thank you! 2008 May 10-I finally turned 18 THAT day.A few of my best friends and i planned this outing during this significant day of mine and i really appreciate it !! In the morning-nth much except that hui,diyanah and i went down to book a place In the afternoon-played freesbies the entire afternoon..hmm oh ya! all those who brought the lunch for us, once again thank you so x 10000 much ! esp terrence,your pasta was amazing! The present you guys gave me was wonderful! In the night- we had a bbq! mum and dad was the core organiser of this bbq! thank you! ANNETTE WE LOVE YOUR SALAD! haha here comes the exciting part.. After singing b'day song..cakes were flying ard..after all the fun..all of us sitting inside the shelter talking abt the past..talking abt those stupid things we used to do..hahax fun laughter and joy..miss those days.. In the late nitex ard 2plus..everybody went hm except kelvin,gina&me...at 1st we were complaining tat there was no wind and its so hot..but the next min..woooooooooooooooo the wind was tat strong which blows up our stuff..even the bicycle was down..it looks kind of scary becus its lyk tornado is appearing in any min...+ comes the heavy rain OMG it was SOOOO cold la..3of us were shivering becus the wind is blowing the rain water onto us...Gosh!!majiam having camping...was so tried but couldn't sleep..and we spend 3hrs suffering from cold...ard 6+ the rain is slightly turn down..we went to a market near the beach to hav a hot milo...WOW tat was the nicest milo i ever drink..kelvin brought us some roti-prata oso..and then went to the bicycle shop at 8+ to return the bike..kelvin's mum was so gd to send us hm...hahax thank you...reached hm at 9+..after bathing lie down flat straight away..hahax Had a wonderful experience on 100508) GINA! -Thanks for such a unique cake,it was SUCH A SURPRISE haha Lastly bayas and FRIENDS thank you so much for this unforgetable night ! Thinking of that night it makes me ponder whether are we going to have such things or rather such fun in the future? I doubt so.Everybody by then already had their own clique of friends including myself..a gap made between us is inevitable but i still hope we would be hanging out as often as possible! looking forward to gina bday another catch up session!!! Kelvin-I may have forgotten what you done to me but i will never forget how you made me feel  say cheese!!!! Thanks gina!
