The usual monday ok today i almost fainted ! we had a sprinting competition whereby we were supposed to compete with the senior and the current us..I was so eager to win them that i run without catching enough breath ..for the third round of the race i was half-collapsed..my vision went blurry the sky went green and the red track went blue out of a sudden..there was no wind but the grass was waving to me..the aftermath effect was even worst i sat down at a corner and stone for 20 min suffering from intensed headache..haha after 20 min i continue with the training wahaha !! crazing training need crazy people like me.. this week shall be the week to excel! Kelvin-Although the attention of others not on you now but one day one fine day they will look at you and say wah..this guy is good =D Labels: 3 steps closer |
